*Sorry if wrong thread *

Hi guys, I am a complete computer hardware/building noob so I recently bought some parts off of CPL and had them assemble it for me. I plugged everything in and on the monitor it said " reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". This is my first time booting up and as a noob have no idea what to do. The only disks I have are windows 8 oem, my monitors user guide and installation software disk, and my mobo's user manual, drivers and utilities disk. Can someone please tell me a) which one I put in now. b) do I have to put the other ones in and c) what does the mobo disk and monitor disk do.

Thanks to anyone who can help and I'm sorry if this stuff is all simple or easy to anyone else :)
