Hello community,

So recently I bought this laptop with two GPUs that are connected using Crossfirex

The cards are:
Radeon HD 4200
Radeon HD 5650

I installed Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and I'm having trouble with drivers. What drivers should I install so I could use both and turn 5650 when I want?

I've tried installing drivers for 4xxx series. It works fine and device manager shows that 4200 is working fine, but there is one more unknown device. Then, when I install 5xxx series drivers, it shows me that drivers are working bad and in device manager 4200 is showed to be working bad and it shows that there is 5000 series working gpu and Catalyst doesn't work then..

Hope to hear ya soon

For laptops, you only install drivers from the laptop manufacturer's website, not from the GPU manufacturer.

So how should I know what's my laptops model is?
I only know it's Pavilion dv6 series, since it's written next to the screen..
There are no model numbers on the back of it either
