Is it possible to put operation system on USB3 along with some files.
So far I've seen Write/Read are pretty same.

Write Read
USB3: 445MB/s 450MB/s
SSD: 515MB/s 560MB/s

I'm not going for super gaming experience. But is such USB (as mentioned above) possible to perform such thing as edit text document with LibreOffice/Microsoft Office with 0 latency (if I press keyboard button, it directly puts letter where I want to). I plan it to do on light OS (Linux).

I want to use it as "portable home device". Mostly to encrypt text files and directories on it and edit them with "comfort".

Yes you can put a operating system on USB3 along with some files. You will need to go into bios and enable your PC to boot from USB 3.0 and then select it as your boot drive that's all.

If you don't want to select USB 3.0 as your boot drive in bios you can also tap the Fkey on start up that allows you to choose which device you want to boot from.

Which Fkey you tap for this option depends on the motherboard you have. For mine it's F8 for some others it's F11. It just depends on the board. You will still need to allow booting from your usb in bios first, but this way you leave your main boot device the same and only boot to the OS on your usb when you choose to (Tap & select it). ;)

Your answering doesn't really suit me because I need Linux functions to do some things. This won't be my "full loaded operation system". It's just for some files and text editing program.

If you just want to boot to a USB drive then that's pretty easy.

1. Set the BIOS so the USB drive is first in the Boot Order.

2. Install Linux

(I didn't understand what USB device you were using. Did you have an SSD in a USB case? Regardless, you can even use a USB thumb drive though it's not quite as fast or reliable.)

I'm interested whether you have read my original post.

Assuming it has "Read: 445MB/s" and "Write: 450MB/s".
