This problem started a while ago, my ping is at 20ms and then suddenly spikes to 600 and then to over 1000. This has been in all the games i have played recently. (CSGO, Smite, Dota2, TF2)
I recently got a new modem from my ISP, I am not sure if that is the problem
I also recently updated the network card driver and reset it without any change.
