Actually i clicked the newegg link which pcpartpicker showed when clicking ur graphics card and thats when i found that it was a reference cooler on newegg. But pcpartpicker put up a tri fan graphics card in the picture. U can go for the msi version. TwinFrozr in MSI is really great!!!

Ive slightly edited ur build assuming that u can get i7 4790 for $260. One thing i wanna say about the graphics card uve selected is, the graphics card has a reference design cooler (which sucks) but the picture in the pcpartpicker shows a tri-fan configuration. Ive edited it to an EVGA which doesnt exceed much in cost than the reference model but provides optimal cooling.

do you think i could go with the MSI 770 and cut out $10 on the GPU cost? ik it sounds silly, but just wondering. also, i looked up PNY 770 to see what it really looks like put all of the pics were the same as the ones advertised, even pics of guys holding them and stuff. you sure it doesn't have that 3 fan design? there was even a review video with the same look.
