For some reason my outlook account blinks on then off, and I cannot read my mail. It is now costing me work.

I think Microsoft wants you to go to there windows live mail and it will transfer your outlook mail to it .. but you can look at this

with this new install of windows 7 outlook has been removed and has no mail client at all in it so I guess I'm forced to use there windows live mail with it now..

you could still use live mail if you install this one it work with win 7 http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=29224
