you are comparing apples to oranges... you should make all the components in your system the same, then worry about just the CPU/GPU.

id go ASRock Z87 Pro3, ares 8gb, WD blue 1tb, corsair 200r, xfx 550w, samsung burner.

then it comes down to GPU... the 770 is equal-ish to a 280x... so it is much better than a normal 280... but also costs more.

the 4670k is only better than the 4440 if you plan to overclock. so that's easy, overclock or not?
if not overclocking, no reason for hte hyper 212

I like the second one with the i5-4440 better simply because of the geforce card. However, if you're going to dabble in overclocking, go with the 4670k.

Also if you're not overclocking, there's not much reason to get after stock cooler.

I got the hyper 212 evo because i know its quiter than the stock cooler and also its more efficient. Also, how many ghz can i overclock the i5 4670k to and what does overclocking do?

Fair enough, I use the stock cooler and its quiet and does the job well, but there's absolutely no harm in upgrading!

Overclocking bumbs the mhz up to get better performance out of your hardware. However it usually requires higher voltage too so there's a risk to damaging your hardware. I know I'll get bashed for saying this but I know a lot of cases where people don't see a very significant improvement from overclocking and in my opinion its more of bragging rights. If you're not comfortable with risking your hardware, I'd avoid it.

I just heard the stock cooler sucks and is very loud.

When people say the stock cooler sucks, they're normally overclockers who can't even imagine a build without an aftermarket cooler.
Stock coolers are perfectly fine if you're not overclocking and they aren't all that loud. The sound of your case fans will probably be just as loud, and if you're gaming then you won't be able to hear the fans over the game's audio.
