should i buy a GPU now

there are rumors going on regarding the new nvidia gtx 880 and amd's new card...i was about to buy 780ti but i wanted to ask that should i get a very budget gpu now and when these nvidia and amd monsters come, i buy those or should i buy a 780ti now?? btw ill be gaming and ill be doing video editing for the first time(i was a console gamer) so im new to pc gaming and video editing, so ill take some time to take advantage of powerful graphics in video editing...Ive got 1 1080p monitor and a 1366x768 monitor....so what should i do?? should i go for a cheap gpu now and a powerful gpu when it comes or should i buy a 780ti or 2x770 now or...should i use my integrated graphics??and if i'm to go for a budget gpu, which one should i go for?

intel 4790k
corsair h105
asus rog hero 7/ asus rog gene 7 (not sure, little help would be good)
16gb 1600mhz ram
250gb samsung evo ssd
750w evga psu
define r4/ 350d

to game on a single 1080p monitor at 60fps, a gtx 770 will handle that. possibly a 780, no reason to get a 780ti

i have to question... where are you getting these rumors from? lol, you're not going to see any 880s until late fall.
also, you're buying a CPU taht's not on the market yet and has no announced price?

have some bugs like microshuttering but will be soon fixed by future drivers) get a amd R9 295x2(best single gpu in the world comes with inbuilt two R9 290s) 8 gb.

295x2 is bit expensive

It's being said that the R9-290X is better at handling multiple monitors than the 780 Ti. If you will be using a triple-screen setup for gaming, then get the R9-290X 4 GB card. Otherwise, get the GTX 780 Ti 3 GB card.
