could you guys recommend a gaming pc?
looking for a price range of SGD$2000 (USD$1596) to SGD$3000 (USD$2394)

preferably a mid tower and can handle newer games (watchdogs, battlefield 4 etc) on 1920x1080 resolution, medium-high video quality (no AA) smoothly, around 60fps

and ideally, lowest cost (bang-for-buck),so no need for a titan or r9 295x2 or those ridiculously high end GPUs

You can grab this psu if you plan on future upgrades as it leaves more room for a better GPU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii620bronze

For the ram 8GB is better then 4GB for gaming, as 6GB is already recommended for some games.
The ASrock Z87 extreme 4 was tom's approved and you will be able to OC your CPU to 4,5GHz with the Cooler Master 212 EVO if you get a good chip. And if you don't plan on overclocking yet that cooler will keep it cool during gaming.
The case is my personal opinion, it has enough fans and good airflow so you shouldn't worry about that, and the cool thing is it has blue case lighting :)
