Solution

Either one would be good. The Twin Frozer has a better cooling solution. THis would be a good PSU as you are going to need one for that card: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-eco-600-watts-psu/p/itmddqq8fzptyfds?pid=PSUDDQPPKBFD8FGV&srno=b_26&ref=1bc1d4df-1f90-473f-9d39-2052c18d1262

i sincerely thank you for your advice..but reason why i choose this card because it has VGA port, where R7 265 only has DVI port, since my monitor doesn't support HDCP i no longer can use the DVI to VGA adaptar...
Anyway its a damn good card..and i think you're a AMD Fanboy...

As long as your PSU has more than 20A on the 12V rail, you should be fine. It should say on the side of the PSU how much amperage it has for the 12V rail. I don't think the twin frozr needs any additional power, so your PSU should be able to handle it as long as it has 20A+ on +12V rail. It sounds like you might have a cheap PSU so it is probably worth upgrading it.

Oh not really, actually i hate amd ffor the fact that they give shitty drivers for their customers...I am ok with both but definetely a good choice and nvidia will have good driverss for sure..just thought you would get better performance for the price if you go with 265..still 750 ti is a good card...
