Sorry if this has already been asked I have an AsRock 990fx extreme 4 and I'm overclocking a fx 8320 and was wondering what the best setting to have the LLC on. I have 4 options which are Auto, 1/2, 1/4 or disabled any help will be very grateful.

All LLC does is counteract the voltage drop that occurs when the CPU is under a heavy load and drawing more current. By itself it won't affect stability or temperatures - those effects are because it keeps the load voltage higher. It is best to use the lowest setting for LLC that doesn't cause the votlage to drop so much that you get instability (normally medium or high). Very high levels of LLC can cause significant voltage overshoots when the CPU goes from load to idle, and that is bad for the VRMs and the CPU High LLC is the most commonly used.
