With multitasking, running multiple VMs, and video editing, you'll want as much CPU power and RAM you can get lol the i7 here gives you 12 threads and great overclockability. Also went with a GTX 580, as it is still one of the best cards for this kind of use you can get. At this kind of budget, you definitely want more performance than the 8350 can provide.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor ($579.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 CPU Cooler ($60.86 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 LE ATX LGA2011 Motherboard ($224.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 32GB...
32GB of RAM should be fine for you for now. The power supply is extremely way more than necessary. To help accelerate applications you listed, The GTX 760 is a great price/performance card.

I would go with the 8350 and a great cooler, and get the overclock yourself. The 9370 and 9590 aren't worth the increase in cost they're asking for.

For the motherboard, I would definitely go with a 990FX series board to get great overclockability and performance.

Assuming you're looking for an entire system build? What kind of budget do you have?

Thanks for fast reply, yes im looking for entire system build.

Budget: 1,500$ to 2,000$ (i dont have to buy everything at once) important parts first. ill leave the graphics card till the end.
