My pc temps are too high ! gt 430,i3 530 while gaming.Help!

My pc is one years old. I have overcloked my i3 530 to 3.5 ghz with stock cooler and voltage but temps are too high. When I run demanding games for only 30 minutes cpu temp reaches 70c and the gpu is running on stock cooler no oc.It reaches 100c! And pc gets a bsod. help me plz plz.What should I do ?

Simple answer: The stock cooler is not meant for overclocking, get an aftermarket cooler.

I would recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. If that's too big for your case, the TX3 Evo should do.
