Yea, I think your 760 will handle the newer games coming out fine.

As for always feeling the need to upgrade, you'll have to realize you will never not feel that need. Hell, I've got...

Yea, those 290's have come back down in price. They're a hard one to pass up assuming you have the cooling and PSU for it...

I don't think that PSU is a good idea to use with a 290 though. You need a higher quality "Rated" PSU if you want to power that 290.

Pick up a new PSU. Something like this should work well...

*I'd look at the 620w one myself.

Here's a option on part picker...

Nice to have a little money burning a hole in your pocket. Your specs currently meet the recommended system requirements for Watch Dogs so you really don't need to upgrade at all. With that said, you have quite the dillema: get a new vid card or buy another gtx 760 and add a new mobo and psu to cover it for sli. In your situation, I wouldn't do either one. Upgrading a single card with a $450 budget will only get you a marginal performance upgrade. For that price, the best you could do is a GTX 780 (with a mail in rebate) or an R9 290. This will only increase your frame rates by about 6 to 8 fps. Not worth $450 IMO. Two GTX 760's would definitely outdo either of those cards, but why upgrade your mobo when you will likely want to upgrade your CPU in a year or two to the latest intel socket? None of the options are future friendly. I recommend an upgrade to an SSD (256gb or more)and installing windows and your favorite games on it. SSD's will give you marked performance in loading maps and make your overall Windows experience way better. I can go from post to windows in 18 - 25 seconds. That alone is worth the price. In any case, I would vote against the SLI option. No point in upgrading an aging cpu socket for an extra 10 fps. Your eyes will never see the difference. At least the R9 290 or GTX 780 will be a great option for a few more years. But in all honesty, keeping your current GTX 760 will do a serviceable job for at least another year. Get something else: SSD, great gaming headset, new speakers, bigger monitor, a nice mechanical keyboard, or combination of them. You will get a more pleasurable gaming experience from that. Even better, do nothing and save your money for an upgrade when your current rig won't actually do what you need it to.

Always a single card solution due to mobo aging and dual graphics card water cooling is lol. Start following sales on PSUs along with tracking 290 and 780 prices graphics card prices. Maybe get an All-in-one water cooling solution for the GTX 760 and overclock in the meantime while waiting for the prices to drop and then you can water cool the 780 or 290 with the same water cooler. If you won't be adding any water cooling, look over cases fans unless if you have awesome case fans already

Depends on what you want.
1) The gtx760 sli will beat the 290 or 290x, it is cheaper way to upgrade. From the review 760> 660Ti, 660Ti sli>290/290x. http://www.techspot.com/review/736-amd-radeon-r9-290/page2.html
2) You may not upgrade past SLI 760's in the future because even you can three way sli, but it don't make sense.
3) If you want to wait for the better GPU price to drop, and you don't know when and nobody knows either.
4) So it depends on what you want now or later. Like chad van brunt siad you may not need to upgrade if you only play the watch dogs. Also you need get the better PSU for the GPU upgrading. At least get the tier two one. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

I think i will not upgrade my pc after all . I was even thinking of that because watch dogs said to need gtx 780 for ultra and i thought that my gtx 760
would not be able to run it on high that"s why i got confused and wanted to change my gpu. but my cabinet is getting old and dull. so please can you suggest me a good cabinet and any other stuff in pc apart from gpu upgrade. And if so please tell me how to remove the gpu dillema because in
months i always feel like buying a new gpu and due to that i sometimes can"t concentrate on games as well.

The corsair 750D is a really really good case for air cooling and it has space for adding on AIO water coolers easily for overclocking rather buying new gear.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-750d

I am trying to resist the urge to buy a HD 7850 even though I just recently bought 2 r7 260x and a HD 7770 because I didn't do enough research ahead of time >.< (same dilemma just on a different price scale)

GPU air cooling is way simpler and cheaper since it is includes and there are no warranty issues.

As for always feeling the need to upgrade, you'll have to realize you will never not feel that need. Hell, I've got a 780, and feel like I should get a 2nd one, or add in a better one... Even though all of my games run great.

I mean, in the world of computers there is always "newer", "bigger', "better"... Unless you have money to throw away you can't always stay on top. It's impossible.

My personal belief is to skip a generation. I've got this 780, I won't move to a 880, but whenever the 980's (or whatever) come out I'll upgrade.

A lot of people like to upgrade their CPU every 3rd gen. I'm not sure how I'll handle that. I've got a 4770k now, but the new 8 cores come out soon. I think I'll skip them, and then get the next gen since by then more games should take advantage of them.

I mean, unless you're cool with spending around $2,000 or so a year on computer parts, you just can't expect to always stay on the newest gear.

Also realize that you can only get so much performance. The higher end your gear gets, the higher you set your settings, and the less likely you are to achieve a perfect smooth 60 fps +.

Don't chase performance, because that's a race you'll never win man.

Good luck!

*shrugs* i only feel the need to upgrade when the framerate is below unplayable ~25fps. thing is, you never know what deals you will find when/if you are absolutely determined your graphics arent up to an acceptable level. so yeah we can say buy this buy that, but when you get to that point, you should weigh the options then and only then.

When i upgraded from a gtx285 to a radeon hd7770 i thought going sli would be simple and give me more than enough horsepower for games. that was a big nope. xfire hd 7770 is a joke. finally bit the bullet and upgraded to an r9 270x and have been completely happy with it. sometimes xfire and sli just doesnt work the way you want them to, other times it works phenomenally.

hold any upgrade as of now , may change my cabinet other than that its done will upgrade when i just needs it.
one think what settings i should expect on watchdogs ? high , medium ?

Not sure off hand. Your card is above the recommended, So I think high would be very reasonable to expect. Though like most games you might be best off messing with the settings some, and seeing what works out best.

A new case is always fun, but can be a pain in the butt to switch out if you don't have tons of space to work in.

As mentioned by Charles, it might be a good idea to add in some extras, such as a SSD, Mecinical keyboard, gaming mouse, headset.

One last thing. I'm suggesting you don't get this GPU assuming that you'll have money for it easily enough later. I mean, if this is money that is rare for you to have, then maybe the R9 290 / PSU isn't such a bad upgrade. Just don't think that it would turn your gaming world upside down, because the GTX 760 is a nice GPU.
