firstly... the 750ti is a better video card and i've seen them for $130 after rebate.
second, you need a power supply...
third, 8gb of RAM would really be beneficial. here's an 8gb kit with good timings for only $64, worth the small price bump

i thought the 750 ti was a better choice too but i was corrected. the 260x has faster clock speeds and memory speeds as well as bandwidth and texture/ pixel filtrate. http://imgur.com/VcQMNaZ (750 ti) http://imgur.com/BnVodik (260x) the only benefit to a 750 ti is how it uses its power efficiently. sure, they are very close in benchmarks but the 260x has more bang for the buck in this case.
