Hey guys , i been working on a customer's lenovo for a while now and , im trying to access the bios to make boot from CD, i can not log in to the OS when i turn it on it goes straight the the PC Diagnosis stage then fails and goes to the adavance options . i tried using command prompt code and nothing happend. any ideas how to boot CD, also the computer came preinstalled with 8 so i do not have the product key, if i installed from CD will it ask for the product key ?
PC wont boot, automatic PC repair will not fix it, cant access bios
