Streaming from my pc to my friends tablet "Not in the same network"

Ok so i wanna stream a movie to my friends tablet she has the samsung galaxy tab 2 and i was wondering what software could i use to stream a movie from my pc to her tablet!
We are not on the same network btw, im at my house and she is at hers

Humm i dont know but i think that it must be because if the other person accepts and f theres a software for it there should be no problem
