My mouse cursor stutters when I'm browsing Windows 8.1. As far as I am aware this issue is not present when I'm playing a game. I have updated all my drivers for my entire computer from display to BIOS and yet this issue remains. I have tried changing mice, using both a wired mouse and a wireless one but to no avail. I have used different surfaces and the issue is still there. Have no idea what to try next. Any help would be great!

*Before that, I recommend going to Microsoft Updates and see if there are any Optional patches you can apply, including the Windows 8.1 Update 1 patch. That may solve your issue.

I installed all the patches, and inserted all the games into the Microsoft Fix It troubleshoot, but it's gotten worse in my opinion. Never played DAOC before and don't use Mojo, but are the registry edits specific to DAOC or can they be applied to other games? Because so far this mouse bug is ruining Windows for me
