I'm looking for a good MB for around 100-140$ that can support an i5 4670 K and a GTX 770 GPU. I've been told Asus is the go-to manufacturer currently, but the choice is still difficult. I'm looking to OC the CPU some day, but not too much (I guess 4, 4.2? bit of a newb when it comes to OC).

I'm limited to buying it from a retailer in my own city, Zagreb, as it's somewhat urgent. I will provide links to local retailers if you want to see my options, but I would also be happy with soeone just pointing me in the right direction.

I almost certainly don't need SLI support, but I might need 4 RAM slots in the future that can support 1600MHz sticks. I don't need an mATX board either. The Asrock z87 Pro3 looked like a good option, but I didn't find a lot of good reviews online.

Here is the aforementioned retailer: HG Spot I'm sorry there's no english option for the site. All the listed MOBOs are available and in my price range (1$ = ~5,5kn).

The Extreme4 does have the more than one pcie3.0X16 slot. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87%20Extreme4/?cat=Specifications

And because you don't oc the i5-4670K too much, then you can choose most z87 MB, I add some reviews for the Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5, Asrock Z87 Extreme3, and ASRock Z87 Extreme4, you can see they can match up the better MBs like ASUS Z87 Maximus VI Hero, ASUS Z87 Maximus VI Extreme in the benchmark scores.

For game the GPU is more important, because most games are the gpu intensive games. For the Asrock z87 Pro3 I can't find the good review either. But it will be good fit your need, because the budget and supply limitation too.
