Hello man

Hmmmm. You care about Intel or AMD? Any other personal preferences? Do you want water-cooling? Small things like that can help me do this.

A build with everything included and has got a better graphics card and costs less

Hello man

I gave him 16GB or RAM. The act of recording video and playing games will take a lot of RAM.

Here is why I went with a water cooler. Sure, it is not "needed" but recording video and gaming makes some serious heat. Plus, if you EVER want to overclock, that cooler will have more headroom than the stock cooler.

Are you talking custom loop? Or just the water cooler I selected for you? The closed loop H80i in the build I made is $74, and is free of leak testing/refilling. It is non-customizable or expandable, meaning it will cool the CPU, and the CPU only. As a comparison, I use a Swiftech H20 320 Edge HD. The radiator for it is more than 360mm long, with an integrated pump/reservoir. I had to custom cut the tubing length, attach the tubes to the water block and fill it. Sure, I idle below ambient room temperature, but my wallet is also $320 lighter.
