Hi hopefully someone can help me because not being able to access my pc sucks big time. I turned my pc on to find that it got stuck on the windows logo so I turned it off and after leaving the pc on for a while a system recovery menu popped up. I started startup repair and when it finished it said that it cannot repair this pc automatically. I am now in the menu once again with the same options i tried system restore and there isn't a restore point.
At this point I literally have no idea whatsoever on what to do. I have the following options, Startup repair, system restore, system image recovery, windows memory diagnostic, command prompt and recovery management. I really need help please
It's the second time it happened in the last 3 days both after it installed windows updates which makes me think it has something to do with it. I have had this happened in the past over the years but it always worked rather quickly. I did have a blue screen saturday night cant remember exactly but i think it said something about the hardware not working but not sure if related.
