Laptop monitor display help!

My Asus w90vp laptop display is all black when i turn on my PC. This is what happened, i had it plugged into the charger to let it charge while i was watching a movie. When i went to move it from the couch to the kitchen the charger plug fell out of the laptop and now the laptop display will not turn on. So i restarted the system and made the display flicker on and off via pressing the fn key + f8. it was on for a second then turned off. It starts up perfectly fine. Please reply fast! <3

Could be that the back light is out on it.

You can try removing the power cord and the battery and then holding the On/Off button down for 45 seconds.

If the back light is out then the above wont work.

Could be a loose connection inside the machine as well.
