All of the built custom pcs like those are built as cheap as possible.
For around $600 you can build a tower with a r7-260x gpu and you can get a quailty motherboard, ram and psu instead of whatever cheap crap they put in it.
As is the r7-250 in that computer will only be able to play games on low-medium at best
