hey guys i want to buy R9 280x 6gb or gtx 770 4gb i have this psu in my rig now APEVIA CORP. ATX-IB680W-BL will it power those gpu's help plz

Wpuld it run them? Maybe, but I would get another PSU. That is not a good quality PSU and a disaster looking for place to happen. If that thing goes, it can and will take your system or major components with it. Not a chance I would want to take. One rule of thumb when building, if you need to trim costa, don't cheap out on the PSU. That is probably the most critical part you install.
