Dual Channel Ram Configuration not working

Hey guys, new to the forum, long time reader, but seeing as how I have a new build and I'm at the end of my rope, I thought I'd ask for some help. So I have a new build:

intel i5-4760k cpu
ASrock fatal1ty z87 killer motherboard
16GB (2x8) corsair vengeance LP 1600
600W corsair PSU
Club3D Radeon HD 7970 GPU

So the problem lies here, when i put my RAM into dual channel configuration, after POSTing, a message saying that channel B of my memory did not pass the cpu memory test. I can go into bios or continue booting into windows. Only the RAM in channel A will be recognized in the bios settings(8GB). If i put the RAM in single channel configuration, it will boot properly and there will be no errors and show 16GB present. I have already replaced the RAM, because my first thought were bad sticks, but sadly the problem persisted. I also checked my motherboard pins, they all looked fine, but even still I went out and bought another motherboard of the same model. Yet the problem continues. I've tried adjusting the RAM's voltage all the way to 1.65V (Stock 1.5V), and that doesn't make a difference. Could it be the CPU? I've only a week left of Newegg's CPU warranty, so I hope to find the problem quickly. Any ideas?

Solution
Double check the motherboard manual for where the RAM should be placed. There are specific slots you need to install it into when using a dual channel configuration.

If the problem persists, come back and let me know.

I bought that same motherboard when it was on sale 2 weeks ago... i have an A-data 16gb (2x8gb) 2400 kit... i had no problems. it picked up my XMP profiles and booted it right at 2400mhz.

quick thought.. did you try both dual channel sets? (slot 1 and 3, and slot 2 and 4)? i used slot 2 and 4 b/c of some clearance issues

The RAM is placed in the correct configurations (1A & 1B) in accordance with the manual specifications for dual channel mode

Yes, no matter what the configuration (1A & 1B or 2A & 2B) it will not work

Updated BIOS to new version that came out today, reset RAM timings to stock 10-10-10-27, ran memtest and it passed. CPUZ will see that there is 16GB in the system in single channel mode while motherboard BIOS only shows 8GB as well as copmuter properties. The same error message at startup persists. Think it could be the CPU?
