Solution
While AMD suggest a 400PSU you should be fine as it only pulls power from the PCIe slot so if you can buy it go ahead with no worries.

Some of the overclocked 7750 require a 6 pin power connector from the cpu, the rest usually don't and 300w is enough to run the card. I have a more power hungry card running in my pc for the grandkids thats running on a 250w PSU and its been fine for, wow, 5 years now.

What would be better for my Power supply The Sapphire one or this one (http://www.amazon.co.uk/VTX3D-Graphics-Express-CrossFire-Technology/dp/B00BHAXKU4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1400012196&sr=8-2&keywords=hd+7750)

I highly suggest building a new build rather than just updating the GPU.
