I need a good gaming setup(Including Monitor, excluding Keyboard and Mouse) for WoW and D3. I do intend to play games like Titanfall, Dota 2 and LoL. I know that most games that come out are graphically intensive and this gaming rig needs to suit that as well, but it doesn't have to be high end.

Disclaimer : I live in India so parts available in the US may not be available here. Even so, please recommend what you feel is best. I'll try to see if I can get them anyway.

If you can find the parts then this would be quite good (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Jn2o). You could change the power supply to a 400W one instead if you do not plan to upgrade the GPU or add a second GPU for crossfire.

I hear AMD processors are terrible for WoW or gaming really. Is that true or what?

My current laptop is http://www.flipkart.com/lenovo-essential-g505s-59-380146-laptop-apu-quad-core-a10-8gb-1tb-dos-2-5gb-graph/p/itmdm79dbkjzewwk?pid=COMDM799ZGJTXAVT&utm_content=click&cmpid=email_order_order_notification.

If you can't view the link then I'll post in detail, but with this I get like 11 fps in WoW raids with Low settings, which is bloody terrible. I'm not sure if its the specs that's the problem or it's something wrong with my computer.

AMD processors are bad for WoW compared to Intel, but not for all gaming.
They're bad for WoW because, as an older game, it's very reliant on just a couple CPU cores, which is where AMD is weakest. Many other games run on AMD CPUs fine, but personally I prefer Intel.

I've been awake all day and most of the night, so I'm too tired to give detailed help right now.

Keep in mind Dota 2, LoL, and WoW are all relatively low spec games and you shouldn't need very expensive parts to run them well, especially with an Intel CPU.

That's pretty normal WoW performance for that laptop. It uses an APU, which is like an AMD CPU, but even weaker because part of it is dedicated to graphics. APUs are designed to keep cost and power consumption low - not to run games well.

Changed the previous build to an i3 build

Corsair 200r - 4500 RS http://www.snapdeal.com/product/corsair-carbide-200r-compact-atx/609159

For the monitor this is a decent one
BenQ 21.5 1080p 6ms response 9000 RS http://www.flipkart.com/benq-21-5-inch-led-backlit-lcd-gw2255hm-monitor/p/itmdpzqgeamp8xyu?pid=MONDPZQCXZWKRSZH&otracker=from-search&srno=t_11&query=monitor&ref=5c3c8163-0b1f-4545-aa0f-f611c84c0b38

For the GPU some good options are:
R7 260x 10,000 RS http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r7-260-x-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdr9mdgjg2ph6c?pid=GRCDR9MDGJG2PH6C&srno=b_1&ref=a8e35ef5-f8b1-47d6-828f-c1148c6ca3d0

Gtx 750 TI 12,000 RS http://www.flipkart.com/msi-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750ti-2-gb-gddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdtpaatsqpfghr?pid=GRCDTPAATSQPFGHR&srno=b_11&ref=2dfdf692-7ff3-40ef-b491-5dffe4ba24c5

You will probably be able to find some parts for cheaper prices at local dealers but this should give you a list to work with.

At this budget intel i3 or fx 6300 work pretty well, usually you can find the fx 6300 for cheaper and it will work better with games developed for multiple cores since the i3 only has 2 cores and the fx-6300 has 6. But, the i3's cores are more powerful so they tend to be pretty even.

That looks interesting. I will look into it.

How much does the price go up if I go for an i5, and is it really worth it? I do intend to play other games as well, but I am not sure yet what they are. Whatever new RTS/ARPG games that come out that are worth playing ex. ESO perhaps.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I think the i5 is worth the extra since you are getting a quad core and many games now take adavantage of 2-4 cores (but rarely more than 4). I have a 3-year old i5 processor and it doesn't bottleneck my system at all. the i5s are great so if you can afford the extra then grab one.

i5-4440 12,350 RS http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-1-ghz-lga-1150-i5-4440-4th-generation-processor/p/itmdpgyx9fn9cgan?pid=PSRDPGYVRPJAYYFH&otracker=from-search&srno=t_3&query=i5&ref=ca6772cb-73e6-47a4-a7b3-6445716343bb

The i5 uses the same motherboard so everything else could stay the same.
