How can I see what goes through my wireless router at home and the actual content i.e. e-mails content, websites etc... just have a gut feel I need to check. I am the legal owner of the home network. Please advise?

Depending on the router, it may keep a log of what websites are accessed.

But if the user is accessing a secure site (https), that is encrypted between the client PC and whatever they connect to. You cannot see the 'content'.

For instance, google is this way by default.
https://accounts.google.com/....

Several options, depending on how detailed you need to get.

I once had a home router that had a place you could see the DNS request logs (I think it was) which would show what websites were being contacted for files and might be enough for a quick look to see if someone is going to naked.xxx or something (but won't let you read emails and such).

There are wired sniffers and such that can log all traffic through your network - but even this won't let you read encrypted (SSL/HTTPS/and much more is encrypted) without cracking the private encryption keys.
