Hi guys. I'm from Marikina Philippines. I'm planning to build a desktop on May 20 or 21. My budget is at aroung 30k for the CPU(w/out monitor). I need suggestions on what parts I should buy and where 
I'm planning to buy in just one shop in gilmore so that they can build it up for me. It's my first time building my own pc I'm just 19 hehe
I also have here a build based on PCXpress website. Please check this out and say what needs to be changed or what. Your comments will be highly appreciated.
