Just a heads up, I'd remembered hearing that mobo name before and I was able to dig this up : http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1987829/gtx-660-compatible-ipisb-carmel2-motherboard.html
Not the exact same GPU but in the end the OP had found info suggesting that mobo is not the highest quality (used other words and I don't want to bash on your PC) and that the mobo would not accept any GPU that it did not come with.
Something to look into and think about before spending the cash on that 650
