I prepared my new build using PCPartPicker and got a notification that the H110 is not compatible with the 750D top exhaust. I check the manufacture website and the case DOES support 3x 140mm Fan.

Can anyone verify whether H110 is compatible with the 750D

Do you mean instead of the water cooling solution? If Yes, it would fit too. Just make sure that your RAM would fit under whatever heatsink that you get.

There are 2 fans in the lower part of the front and one fan in the upper part of the back

No I ment using the H110 in Push Pull Config. Based on the picture the rear fan seems to be very close to the Radiator mount.
So i am just wondering if the radiator + Push Pull fan would block the rear fan or not?

Should be fine, doesn't use that much more space.
