OK, I basically only play MMOs so keep that in mind. I want to have the rig for about 4 years and hopefully future proofing for mmos in future. I am wanting to be around $1500 and would like some advice what changes you all would make. I am a bit stiff still on price so trying to reduce some or should I stay where I am at.

On a $1500 build there's no way I'd purchase a case that's $50 or less - it kind of makes the whole thing look cheap. I would do something like this:

So what if the price is low. It is a perfectly functioning case. Just because it's cheap, doesn't mean it has to be dysfunctional. Also, he is trying to say within his budget, if you go above it, it makes the OP lose trust in their budget. I think the cheaper he can get very high end components, the better

I'd say, the Noctua is good. Water cooling is not really needed on this, and will overclock it just fine. Also, an 850w psu is way overkill, even the 750w I put on will be overkill but still work.

Well I can't argue with that there, but the i7-4770K isn't really put to use on a gaming rig, I'd much rather spend that on a higher end case and power supply like a Fractal Design Define R4 or NZXT Phantom 410.

If you ditch the SSD, you could go with a 780ti
