PSU good enough to upgrade GPU?

hi,i want to upgrade my GPU from Geforce 210 to AMD r7 250 but i want to know if my psu cana hundle it without problemes
my psu ( it' s a AOPEN AO-300-08CZ 350W http://img4.hostingpics.net/pics/72378400220.jpg ):
+3.3V = 20.0A
+5V = 20.0A
+12V1 = 16.0A
+12V2 = 16.0A
my config:
+ x2 HDD the first one is 255 GB and the other one is 209 GB
+ 2X ram each one is 2GB ddr2 so i have 4GB
+ motherboard asrock G31M-S
+ CPU : intel core 2 quad Q8300 2.5GHZ
+ GPU : nvidia geforce 210 ( i want to replace it)
can it work with my PSU ? and if not will i break my computer if i try to use it ?

In theory, you should be able to get a GTX 750 or GTX 750Ti. They do not require separate power sources from the supply and can off the slot power.

The AMD r7 250 has a system requirement of a 400 watt PSU. Your old 350 watt power supply probably isn't a good idea for use with this GPU. I would suggest upgrading to a new 400-500 watt power supply for this GPU.

Don't Skimp on the power supply.

I usually buy the Corsair CX430 power supplies when they are $20 after $20 rebate.
