Is this bundle any good?

Hi guys,

I recently got this bundle from a store, how good will this perform in terms of gaming and video editing? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Piledriver-1600mhz-Corsair-M5A78L-M-Motherboard/dp/B00FARKC56/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1400012573&sr=1-3&keywords=amd+fx8350

Will this be able to handle ultra gaming graphics? Games like battlefield, crysis and skyrim.
And will this be able to RIP dvds fast? The only other device I have ripped a dvd from was a 2gb pentium processor compaq laptop so I'm making quite a leap.
