I do not have any elder scrolls games installed, just to make that clear. Now, as of recent my computer has decided that at random times, to no fixed intervals, its going to give me a high picked "FUS, RO DAH" sound clip to play. I've witnessed a person on youtube i watch have this same issue but have sound clips from "CoD" play randomly. I've looked up plenty of fixes for this but all of which do not seem to work for me or seem i would need to talk to a marvelously intelligent tech god from a site such as this. I'm terribly sorry if this is the wrong section to post this, if so, please direct me to the appropriate place, if there is information i should provide you, you need only ask. Please help me, these noises have only been going on a few hours and I am nearly drove mad.
