Greetings,

Should be purchasing an r9 280x towards the end of this month. If you saw my previous posts you probably saw that I said I was purchasing in a few months. The price of the Sapphire Card has dropped 50 dollars, (Now 20 dollars cheaper than the Gigabyte version. Which is awesome considering that sapphire is my favorite GPU brand.)

Anyways, I have a Corsair bronze certified 600w PSU. Will that be enough for the r9 280x?

I see that in the specifications it calls for a 750w or greater PSU. But being that I am not going to be overclocking and websites report that it never uses more than 250w. is my 600w enough?

Thanks a ton guys,
Mathew J.K.

600W is plenty, and your psu's 46amps on the +12v rail is more than enough (minimum of 30A recommended). Good luck and enjoy!
