Looks good. I would go with a different type of Ram however. Try Corsair, Crucial, Mushkin, or Gskill. Also you can get a terrabyte of storage with a Seagate Barracuda for $20 more than what you have there.

I would try and save an extra $100 and get a bigger storage drive, a better case, and power supply. You have to be careful with power supplies, what I've found over the years is that the cheaper they are, the more likely they are to fail.
