Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P or GA-970A-DS3 good for mild overclocking?

Are these boards good for mild overclocking as a budget for FX6300?

My specs:

  1. The GA-970A-DS3P would be better. Has a good heat sink over its VRMs.
  2. Get the UD3P IT HAS AN 8+2 POWER PHASE DESIGN , will pair nicely with the FX6300.
  3. For mild/mid OC might look at the Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
  4. @ cin19 and SR-71 Blackbird: But that mobo is not available in my country. :( How about this Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0)?
@ clutchc: So I can mild OC my CPU with that mobo?
@ Tradesman1: That was our first choice. But we are planning to adjust in budget board.

These are the mobos that I can choose and afford for now as a first builder of rig:

    Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
    Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
  5. Then I'd go the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
  6. For mild/mid OC?

Yes, the 212 EVO is good for most OC'ing.
  11. The EVO is the best Budget cooler on the market , and would be the BEST choice.
