Are these boards good for mild overclocking as a budget for FX6300?

My specs:

AMD FX-6300 3.5GHZ
SAPPHIRE R9-270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT DUAL-X BOOST & OC
GSKILL RIPJAWS 8GB
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Liteon DVDRW IHAS-124 24x Sata
SEASONIC S12II-520 520W 80+BRONZE

@ cin19 and SR-71 Blackbird: But that mobo is not available in my country. :( How about this Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0)?
@ clutchc: So I can mild OC my CPU with that mobo?
@ Tradesman1: That was our first choice. But we are planning to adjust in budget board.
