Which build is better for medium gaming?

Solution
I'm not sure how tight your budget is but if you can go up to $500 then this would be better:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($46.18 @ Newegg)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Hitachi Ultrastar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 270 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card ($156.67 @ Newegg)

The FX 6300 is the better gaming cpu. Go with that build. Also I would recommend grabbing an 8 gig set of ram, not 4gb.

I went with Amazon and Newegg as the suppliers, you should use at least 2-3 different sites to get the best prices.
