So I got a new setup, a combo deal from new egg. Im having issues booting, trying to single out the mobo. I jumped my PSU, fans spin, good news for the psu. Now I have a rosewill case with front power and reset switches. I have them connected correctly, or so I believe.

I flip the switch on my psu, and not a single fan kicks, or anything. Even with turning the system on from the front, which gives me no detail if its on or not, doesn't do anything either. I have just the Mobo, cpu, gpu and psu connected. Im really baffled, but worried it might be the mobo. waiting over a week to replace this is not making me happy.

Couple things to check. Make sure you have the EPS / CPU connector connected. Also check your ATX connector fully inserted. Since you are sure you have the power switch connected correctly to the Front Panel Header, removed the cable for the power switch. Short the two pin for the power switch and see if it turns the computer on. You could have a faulty switch on your case.

Then check to make sure that your RAM is fully seated (re-seat it is best), if that doesn't work, try one stick at a time in different slots.

alright, I tried jumping the two pin front switch connector, powering on the pc and still nothing. Resat my ram too, still no luck. Im really confused. Last build was a p3 750mhz. lol

update

I noticed if I wiggle a sata cable, I get a green light on my mobo, but it quickly goes away if I don't have the sata in at an ever so perfect angle...
