You don't need a watercooler for an i5 - they don't give off that much heat. Try a Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo.

You only need a 600W power supply for a gtx 770. Try an Antec HCG 620M

Uhhhhh 5ghz is a tall order. 4.5 ghz is a safer, tested amount. Going to 5ghz is going to really reduce the lifespan of your cpu, and remember, not all of them are made the exact same, so while your friend can do it, you might not be able to.

anyway, if you want to sli in the future, go with the antec HCG 850w.

I dont see much more options. Two most expansive parts = CPU and GPU. And I think that You dont want to change them.
