Trouble with SLI, overclocking, and World of Tanks

Hello I recently built a new desktop which consists of an fx-8350 oc'd to 4.5 ghz with an h100i cooler set on a asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0, 16 gigs corsair vengeance 1600mhz ram, 2 evga gtx660 sc's in SLI, Samsung ssd's in RAID 0, evga supernova 750 psu. First problem is overclocking the graphics cards. Is there some specail way to do this if they are in SLI? I have afterburner and have it set so i can manually oc each card and have messed with light overclocks for each one so i can match their core clock speeds. I also have it set to oc automatically at a restart. Now when i oc them I notice that neither afterburners hardware monitor will not pick up an change in the core clock speeds of either card. The real time graphs of their clock speeds will not show a +15 change that I have it set too. Even under load. Same goes with GPUZ's real time monitor (although the main screen of GPUz will pick up the oc just not the sensor section) This leads me to believe they are not overclocking as I doubt afterburner and GPUz could both be malfunctioning. Could there be some other problem? This has really been puzzling me!...Sorry for the long post but I have been scouring google for answers with no luck. Second question is about my rig and world of tanks- I seem to be getting half the fps with SLI turned on than I would if i set the game to single gpu mode in nvidia settings. I monitored gpu usage with afterburner and with them in SLI each card runs at around 50% while with one card running it hits over 100%... This is also puzzling to me. I have nvidia settings set to prefer maximum performance. I also know that SLI works as I have run heaven and valley with SLI on and off and can see my fps on max settings double with it on. I am wondering what settings I should have for world of tanks with SLI on to get better performance? Perhaps the game is just not optimized for it? I have vsync turned on and physx set to nvidia reccomended which is GPU 2. Any help with any of these issues would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thanks,

Chris

not sure about the OCing side of things, I use Asus GPUTweak and it applies overclocks for me without any problems.

As far as WOT + sli, in a word, don't!

It's widely known that WOT does not like sli at all and the stuttering and lag is horrendous.

It's the only game that I have to disable sli for.

Until they optimise WOT for sli, it's a single GPU game for sure
