Hi,
Over the course of two weeks, my internet has been dropping on random days, for every hour, to the exact second until I power cycle the modem and router. The issue goes away, then comes back. This has been happening for a long time. When the internet drops, my computer sees no connectivity but my modem lights and router lights indicate I have internet but I lose internet connection on my computer. My ISP tech says my network card may be giving out. I currently have one modem, a router, and I am hardwired directly to the router.
