I have an evga gtx 750 1 gb ddr5 superclocked edition gpu,4 gb ddr3 ram,amd athlon iix2 245 2.9 ghz processor

Yep. You will be able to play the game but on low(-med) settings. To play the game at high/ultra settings, you probably need to upgrade your GPU as well as your CPU and yeah, the RAM too.
