I am not able to access wifi from my mobile. i have a broadband internet connection which i have connected it to a wifi router. And I have connected Desktop to the wifi router through a Lan Cable. When i Log in to the internet through Desktop, i am Able to access Wifi in my mobile. But When i log off My internet from my Desktop, i am not able to access wifi from my mobile, even though my wifi router in on.

You appear to have got your cabling and connections wrong somewhere my friend.
When your desktop PC, modem, and wireless router are all wired up properly, you don't need the desktop PC to be switched on at all to connect any wireless device to the router. I suggest you read the router's setup guide again to see where you've got it wrong.
