Graphics card bad for gaming or not working?

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 graphics card and i dont know if its just bad for gaming or not working, because i go on http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri and it tells me i can play the game just fine, but when i download and play it, it laggs alot... so idk :s

I know it's not a gaming gpu, but I think it's alright at 30fps. Do this: go to custom settings and put texture quality on ultra and put the rest to low, change ur resolution to your monitors native res.

Try when booting the game right click the run with graphics process. And select the gt 620

that card is shocking for gaming, that is what i would expect from that card. It's a very low-end Graphics card, can't expect much from it.
