BSOD 0x000000f4 ntoskrnl.exe

Hi,
I've been getting heaps of blue screens lately and it's really getting annoying. I've used blue screen viewer and this is what it's come up with.

0x000000f4 + ntoskrnl.exe is almost always ram or hard drive issues. Try running without one of the ram sticks or without two if you have 4x 4gb. Beyond that try running "sfc /scannow" and "chkdsk c: /r /f" from an administrator command prompt - it might want to reboot so let it if so. See if there are any errors.
