PSU and case size

hi, i want to change my PSU but are all the PSU the same size ? i have Aopen ES55D case (its an old one from 2008 or 2009) http://apacelli.com/computer-cases-aopen/aopen-es55d-w-... with those specs:
Air Guide :Yes (option)
Dimensions: 412mm(H) x 185mm(W) x 445mm(D)
Disk Drive Bays : 3.5" : *2/5(external/internal) 5.25" : *4/0(external/internal)
Front I/O Type : USB 2.0+AUDIO (1394 Optional)
Main Board Size :ATX/MicroATX/Flex ATX
Material: 0.55mm SECC or SGCC
Packing Style :Single packing or 5 in 1 packing
Slots: 7 x Expansion slots
Ventilation: Front : 9 cm or 12cm or 14 cm DC fan/ Rear: 8 cm or 9cm or 12cm DC fan
so will i be able to get a good one (i want to get a 400w or 500W) ?
