I have an AMD Phenom ii x2 560 3.3 Ghz processor, at purchase time i got only 798Mhz clock speed bydefault so i overclocked it up to 2.6 Ghz (last limit 5000 GHz in bios ) and the CPU changed from Dual core to Quad core means 2 cores are unlocked and name changed to AMD Phenom ii X4 B60, its good ....my problem is that the cpu take more power of about 130 W ( CPUz details shows ) company says it consumes 80W for being stable...i tried to low down CPU voltage from 1.5V to 1.425V should it harm to my cpu or motherboard ...i dont have any idea regarding this.............how can i reduce cpu wattage from 130w to lower power consuming mode...tell me about its side effects

PLZ guide to for best performance of my cpu with low voltage and less heat with more stability
