This is my built which i'm gonna buy

But i hear people say i5 4670k is better than the fx 8350 but i'm still stuck in that.Please give me a solid answer i will not be overclocking now but maybe in the future.So which one?

and for amd 8350 which motherboard is good? should i stay on the one i've listed in pcpartpicker or someother? within 12000.Rs, i can update my mobo in the future and as i said i will be not overclocking it now

R9 270x Toxic or MSI GTX 760 Twin frozr?

If it is the i5 cpu which motherboard will be good?

The single core performance of i5 4670K is far better than AMD FX 8350 but as far as the overclocking potential goes, FX 8350 beats 4670K and when you consider the price, AMD wins again. And if you plan to settle with FX 8350, get 8320 and overclock it to 8350 level since FX 8350 is basically an OC'ed 8320.
